
Mark Dean
Mark has 35 years of real estate valuation experience across both the public and private sectors. He has developed appraisal and consulting reports for a wide range of properties, with a focus on agricultural land and buildings. Before moving into farmland sales, Mark worked as an independent appraiser and consultant, following 17 years in agricultural property tax assessment. His expertise in the Canadian System of Soil Classification (CSSC) and extensive experience in valuing and mapping farmland across Saskatchewan have made him a highly trusted expert in the field.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA) and is a Professional Agrologist (PAg) with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists. He also holds an Accredited Appraiser designation (P.App., AACI) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Raised on a grain farm in Northeast Saskatchewan, Mark combines his practical farming experience with his extensive expertise in real estate appraisal to provide exceptional farmland selling and purchasing services. He also offers consulting and appraisal services for succession and estate planning, financing, asset division, or litigation.
Mark is passionate about hockey and fishing and loves to travel and spend time at the lake.
